The Dubai Land Department records every property sale in Dubai at the point of transfer. We use the average sold price per sqft from the last 12 months for your specific building and unit type — not asking prices from portals like Bayut or Property Finder. This data is publicly verifiable at dubailand.gov.ae. Your listing must be priced below this average to qualify for publication.
